Key Responsibilities/职位描述

1.Be responsible for micro testing, including finish product, WIP, raw materials and validation samples.

2.Be responsible for set up and maintain site environmental monitoring plan.

3.Deploy Mars & WQMS & Regulation to make sure fully implementation, and be responsible for coordinate the trouble shooting of micro related non-conformance.

4.Support micro risk assessment of relevant project and food safety activities (HACCP) in factory.Support lab audit as CNAS/ISO17025/GLP requirement. Support factory Clean&Sterilization plan set up and verification.

5.Others assign task from line manager.

Qualifications/任职条件

1.This position requires bachelor degree or above major in food microbiology, food science or relevant major, requires over 3 years’ relevant lab experiences, preferable in food industry, pharmaceutical industry.

2.Familiar with CNAS/ISO17025, GMP, HACCP and other QA tools.

3.The incumbent must be a dependable, conscientious and careful person, has capability to work under high pressure and self-motivated.

4.The incumbent is also required to good communication skill and good teamwork.

5.The incumbent should also can read English technical documents and write English e-mail.
