Responsibilities:
? Managed Deployment Implementation and small unit and scale projects management
o Visit customer and onsite if required -如果需要的话拜访客户和上门
o Support Greater China (Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan) -支持大中国区（大陆，香港，澳门和台湾）
o Understand various location culture in China -了解中国各个位置的文化
o Presentable outlook and personality
o Manage end to end implementation services delivery - this includes but not limited to engage customer prior to system delivery, verify customer availability, confirm partner's appointment and call closure validation
o Be the SPOC for external customer and internal teams
o Responsible to meet project schedules and drive for project closure to reduce backlog
o Drive for revenue recognition
o Work together with service providers/Dell engineers to ensure project is delivered to Dell highest standard
o Management of project escalation through various level of communication.
o Managing and responding to a change request in a controlled and structured manner
o Ensures all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated to the relevant stakeholders on a timely basis
o Deliver an outstanding Customer Experience thru the CSAT survey
o Inside Project Manager will work on multiple projects concurrently -内部项目经理将同时处理多个项目
o Inside Project Manager is required to work based on supported countries time zone
? This position is reporting under IMS organization and do require minimal on-customer site activities
Requirements:
? Minimum 1 year in Project Administrator role or 2 - 3 years as an Managed Deployment specialist; or 1 -2 years in Project Management role preferably under IT services business
? Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work with diverse range of people with varying levels internally and externally. -具有良好的沟通技巧和能力与多元化的人有不同程度的内部和外部工作。
? Able to multitask and work under high pressure and face pace environment -能够多任务和高压力和面对的步伐环境下工作
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
? Must be able to understand business processes quickly -必须能够快速了解业务流程
? Is a self starter and highly motivated
? Have experience in Project Management methodologies, escalation & risk Management
? Customer Oriented以客户为中心
? Candidates supporting Greater China required being fluent in Mandarin

? Preferred but not Essential:
o Experience in Professional Services
o Technical skills
