1、在工程主任的领导下，具体负责管理专业班组工程技工的日常工作，做好不合格服务的处理纠正及预防措施。

2、对设施设备进行巡检工作，及时掌握设备现况，发现问题及时组织专业工程技工进行处理和上报，消除设备的不安全隐患。
3、协助制定设施设备运行，维护管理，更新改造和备品备件的工作计划。
职位要求：
1、三年及以上物业或者酒店工程管理同等职务工作经验。
2、高中或中专以上学历，具有相关工程专业中级及以上基数资格。
3、身体健康，具有一定的沟通，协调，组织等综合能力，责任心和服务意识强，能承受一定的工作压力。
