Job Title: Facility Administrator, LIVAT Centre Beijing
Department/Organization: Facility Department, LIVAT Centre Beijing
Direct Report to: Facility Manager, LIVAT Centre Beijing

Overall Aim of the Job (Mission):
To guarantee facility documentation of shopping center running in a good condition. 确保购物中心工程文档妥善管理，技术文件管理体系完整有序。

Responsibilities

General
Responsible for department document collection, sorting, classification, filing, etc. Ensure effective document management and all documents can be referred any time.
负责部门文件的收集、整理、分类归档等工作，做到随时可提供查阅，确保资料的有效管理和使用。

Specific

Receive and classify facility documents. Collect, collate, copy, plot and complete system drawings, rectification drawings, manuals etc. Ensure all documents and drawings can be referred any time.
负责工程有关资料、文件的收发和分类归档。负责收集、整理、复印、描绘、完善系统的完工图纸，改造工程图纸及动力设备的使用说明书，做到随时可提供查阅。

Accurately fulfil reports and forms including all cost statistic of department.
准确无误地填制各种报表和表格(包括所有工程部费用的统计表)。
Assign worklist in CAFM and file documentation.
CAFM工单系统的分配及汇总存档。
Monthly record fault condition, maintenance, replacement parts, updates contents into department equipment document.
每月负责把各系统的设备档案有关故障情况、维修项目、更换零件或更新等内容填入部门的设备档案书。
Manage facility Warehouse Technician team.
管理工程部仓库管理员团队。
Assist contractors on paper work. Coordinate with other department on paper work in shopping centre.
协助管理外包公司的文件工作。协调购物中心内部与其它部门的文件工作。
Work as sustainability contact window in Facility Department, implement company environmental policy, energy saving policy. Strengthen the consciousness of environmental protection.
作为工程部可持续发展的联系窗口，贯彻我司环保、节电节水方针，提供环保节约意识。
Assist on the department procurement issues.
协助工程部的物项采购。
Responsible for department daily interior work and communication.
负责部门内日常内务工作及沟通。
Responsible for daily administration including internal co-workers’ attendance.
负责部门内部人员考勤等日常行政工作。
Participate department meeting, record meeting minutes.
参加部门会议，做好会议记录、整理工作。
Other tasks assigned by department managers.
其他部门经理安排的工作。

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor degree or above，major in engineering
工程专业大学本科或以上学历

Capabilities/Skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
     具有流利的英语读写能力
- Three years’ relevant facility working experience is preferred
     有3年工程相关工作经验者优先考虑
- Good communication skill
良好的沟通能力
- Good planning, cooperation and organization ability

Beijing LIVAT XIHONGMEN Shopping Centre is located in Xihongmen Commercial Complex, Daxing district, covering an area of 172,000 m², aiming to establish a one-stop super regional shopping centre with international standard. The project includes IKEA as unique anchor, hypermarket, international and domestic fashion retailers, substantial restaurants & cafes, electronics, sports, cinema and other entertainment venues, with 400 carefully selected international and national brands and more than 6,500 parking spaces. LIVAT Centre Wuhan
LIVAT Centre Wuhan, covering a total area of 300,000 m², is located at Etouwan, Qiaokou District. It is just 12 km from Wuhan city centre, with 8.6 million local residents in the area and aimed to be a one-stop super regional shopping centre with international standard. Great convenience will be provided by a light railway station directly connected to the shopping centre and there will be more than 4,700 parking spaces. Constructed as an enclosed three-storey integrated building, the centre will feature approximately 400 international and national brands, distributed in 172,000 m² GLA on 3 levels. The project includes IKEA as unique anchor, hypermarket, international and domestic fashion retailers, substantial restaurants & cafes, electronics, sports, cinema and other entertainment venues.
