Follow up the suppliers realization plan on tools as part of programs in order to reply the Q,C,D objectives from tooling launch till their reception in plant

Assure adequate program need with technical tooling proposed by suppliers market :
- Participate in establishment of tooling specification and involve them if needed.
- Bring his/her technical expertise into requirement expression and propose adapted solutions
- Participate and validate the pre-study proposed by suppliers in tooling conception
- Bring his/her technical support to development team on tooling perimeter at product/process development phase.
- Bring his/her expertise to technical choice of suppliers


Assure order realization according to plan
- Follow up technical advance in different phases on tooling and equipment realization with the suppliers, from the order till definitive reception by FAURECIA.
- Reclaim and manage action plan according to realization delay.
- Visit regularly suppliers and suppliers' subcontractor at each realization plan's milestone.
- Negotiate the plan with suppliers to achieve agreement in line with program schedule.
- Organize and manage phase of means physical reception and that of means transfer to plants


Manage data processing reception of orders
- Register data processing reception in commercial management system for new means and modifications ( SAP)
- Check and sign for documentation of plans, numeric contractual file and diffuse them.
- Transfer Faurecia identificaton sheet to suppliers
- Accept different phases of invoice payment following to the technical accord
