Principle Accountabilities

• Support Business Development assignment and take lead in client engagement for RMS solutions
• Engage in full lifecycle of Product Development Processes and help product roll out across sales, consulting and relevant teams
• Complete documentation and required deliverables identified as part of our best practices methodology during the implementation cycle.
• Develop and calibrate statistics-based risk scorecard and data models
• Lead the development of economic research papers for marketing and revenue opportunities
• Execute plans per alignment of thought leadership initiative from Product Development team and related functional teams
• Contribute to the New Product Development project management; serve as a mentor, coach, knowledge resource, and escalation point for functional teams
• Take lead in data mining and scoring capability tasks to drive development of product and solution
• Problem solving for related issues.
• Works independently and uses own judgment to make most decisions under general direction with specific objectives given.

Requirements:

· At least 2+ years experience working in the Large Scale Assessment Industry or the data consulting firms.

· Good experience in Product Developing Processes is a MUST.

· Strong data analysis skill and experience on macro-economy, industry research.

· Financial analysis experience is an advantage.

· Good command of both Mandarin and English (written and oral).

· 2-5 years experience in programming in SAS, SPSS or other statistical software package.

· Demonstrated excellent skills in using MS Word (style sheets, tables), Powerpoint and Excel.

· Advanced skills in data analysis tools in one of Stata, EView, Origin, Matlab, SAS, SPSS etc.

· University degree education, major in economics, finance, business management, or mathematics, statistics.

· Good verbal and written communication skills along with strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work in a team setting is also required
