About Us
PwC Business Services (Chengdu) Co., Ltd (SDC) is operational in Chengdu on 1 July 2012. The SDC will serve PwC China mainland and Hong Kong area.
普华永道商务服务（成都）有限公司（以下简称服务中心）于 2012 年 7 月 1 日在成都正式投入运营。该服务中心将为普华永道中国大陆以及香港的业务提供支持服务。

Job specifications

1. Operation support - provide day-to-day assistance, eg enquiry, database, finance, publications and other reports management
2. Meeting arrangement - support team leaders on meeting schedule and room booking, etc.
3. Template management - maintain and update various templates, reports, etc.
4. Event logistics - perform pre- and post- event tasks, eg email management, registration list, event material, name badge, tent card, survey and feedback, report, etc.
5. Market intelligence - conduct market research for various business units
6. Perform other duties as assigned

Report to：the Manager in M&C team

Requirements

1. University degree with 1-2 years relevant experience
2. Proficient in MS applications, with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
3. Knowledge in using Lotus Notes is preferred
4. Good command of both written and spoken English
5. Team player with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
6. Attention to detail and extremely organised with accuracy
7. Self-motivated, result-oriented with a can-do attitude
8. Highly efficient with the ability to deliver quality work within tight timelines
