职位描述:
1.负责网络优化方案总体设计；
2.负责优化方案的执行及优化指标的总体控制；
3.指导或培训下属工程师及客户沟通或培训；
4.按时提交周报、月报。
任职资格：
1.本科以上学历，需要通过英语四级，大专学历需要有四年以上工作经验；
2.具备良好的移动通信知识，熟悉GSM或WCDMA产品原理、信令流程、通信协议、电磁理论、无线传播、天线系统等；
3.至少两年的无线网络规划和网络优化的实际工作经验，至少1年的后台系统分析经验；
4.良好的沟通技巧和团队协作能力，能适应长期的差旅生活；
5.要求有无线通信、微波、无线传播、天线、电子通信或相关专业的大专以上学历；
6.爱立信、卡特、华为、中兴、摩托等设备厂家G网和WCDMA双网都有系统优化经验者，优先考虑；
7.有华为、中兴上岗证或者参加过相关技术培训，有三年以上网优经验，担当项目TL，优先考虑；
8.英语良好者者优先考虑；
9. 适应差旅生活，工作地点全国。
