- For our Healthcare Sector in Beijing, we are looking for a PLA Account Manager.
What are my responsibilities?
- Coordinate PLA (People's Liberation Army) Hospital in overall business
- Customer Relationship Management, Strategic Channel Planning, Sales Plan Execution, Sales Administration and Process Management, Personal and Product Education Development
- Keep close connection with regional PLA organizations, key person (hospitals included) and build the trust relationship.
- Consolidate the resources to run the regional PLA (project) tendering.
- Keep an eye on the latest update of policy and personnel change of regional PLA organizations.
- Arrange appointments for Healthcare management.
- Improve the regional PLA organization to understand our technologies and products.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Bachelor degree or above with a major in medical and clinical related is more preferable;
- At least 5 years sales experience in medical equipment industry with MNCs
- Direct experience in PLA (People's Liberation Army) hospital is a plus
- Self-motivated, result driven, good team spirit, able to work under high pressure
