What are my responsibilities?
- Working closely with BU MarCom managers, BU product managers, HQ industry communications, purchasing dept.
- Corporation and management translation agencies, customers.
- Responsible for Industry sector translation and proofreading in high quality, including technical documents localization & globalization and marketing related translation (catalogue, brochure, manual, MeDaPS database, newsletter, press release etc.)
- Responsible for translation agencies coordination and management in standard process for best translation result, TM maintenance & management, etc.
- Good communication with local PM and HQ communications to get the latest product trends and information.
- Development KPI and continues process improvement.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Several years of experience in translation field with automation knowledge background.
- Fluent English / Chinese writing and speaking.
- Advanced knowledge of translation process, and related software usage.
- Have methodology of project and process management.
- Cooperation and team work spirit with different target group.
- Business and market understanding of target groups, market position and competitors
- Thorough knowledge of company strategies, key messages etc.
