1.根据公司的战略发展方向,制定国际市场的发展计划、统筹与执行,寻求战略合作伙伴;
2.负责海外事业的拓展及跟进,包括选址、新门店开发等工作,与当地合作伙伴进行商务洽谈;
3.负责渠道的管理及维护,及时调整发展方向及营运。
任职要求:
1.8-10年零售行业销售与市场开拓工作经历;
2.熟悉国际零售行业发展,有零售品牌国际市场拓展经验;
3.有良好的学习能力、逻辑思维,高度的团队合作精神,优秀的沟通技巧及强大的抗压能力;
4.有敏锐的市场感知,把握市场动态和市场方向的能力;
5.在零售企业管理经验优先考虑;
6.能适应长期国外出差。
Job Description
Responsibilities:
Overall responsibility for the P&L in the target markets
Responsibility for identifying, negotiating, developing and managing JV partners
Achieve sales and profitability targets
Define and execute business plans in the region (expansion and sales plans)
Create preconditions for a profitable and sustainable growth in the region
Tasks:
Strategy
Develop and execute the strategy in the target markets
Provide overall strategic direction to the specific store concepts regarding visual presentation,
merchandising, seasonal and brand initiatives, product assortment in alignment with Brand
Management and Retail Presentation initiatives.
Define the products according to the market needs and coordinate all logistics activities
Successfully build and develop the defined channels, categories and products
Build a vision for the brand – number, position and size of stores. Ensure alignment with key
stakeholders.
P&L
Manage cost and A&P budgets
Achieve the agreed company targets (primary net sales and operating profit)
Continuously optimize the operating profit, including improving the efficiency of JV partners’
achievements
Business development
Detect, prioritize and exploit business potentials in the countries of the region
Develop effective partnerships with JV partners, distributors, customers and strategic partners
Managerial functions:
Support and manage team
Continuously develop team members to empower marketing and sales competencies

Proven track record in building and developing a retail brand
Preferably have experience in managing JV partners
Education:
University degree is required with focus on Marketing and Sales
Languages:
English: Fluent
Other: Chinese is a plus, Arabic is a plus,
