Creates PO as request in SAP, PO status analysis, tracking and handle until close.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Commodity sourcing and procurement of Mechanical Parts for products assembled in China.
2. Provides regular performance reporting for key vendors for Mechanical Parts.
3. 1st point of escalation for incoming Mechanical parts quality issues. Responsible for initiating and managing the RTV (Return to Vendor) process when incoming parts do not meet AQL (Acceptable Quality Level).

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience
1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or higher.
2. >= 3years in a sourcing or purchasing role.
Computer Skills
Good mastery in the use of MS office software.
Other Skills, Abilities, Qualifications
1. Pro-active, aggressive, full of passion, self-starter with high energy level.
2. Strong commercial sense with outstanding negotiation skill.
3. Strong people sense and able to work and solve problems in cross-functional environment.
4. Good mastery of SAP and Team center is highly advantageous.
5. Good verbal and written communication skills in English
