Not all of us work directly with external clients. Our teams in IFS include: Administration, Branded Merchandise, Business Development, Finance, Global PwC Experience, Global Technology Solutions, Human Resources, Marketing & Communications, Office of General Counsel, Research, and Senior Partner Office.

Responsibilities:

At PwC, our Human Resources (HR) professionals drive the firm’s people strategy, create a unique people experience, and work with the business to drive success in the marketplace. The HR function supports our people in reaching their full market value which then sets PwC apart as the distinctive Firm as the ‘employer of choice’.
As an Assurance HR Professional, you will be working with the Assurance HR Team (HRBP) and support the Assurance HR Team Lead in coordinating and driving various national people initiatives across Mainland China and Hong Kong:

· Drive alignment and consistency across regional Assurance HR teams (Mainland China and Hong Kong) through information consolidation and analysis and provide insights to support the Assurance HR Lead in making key decisions
· Support the key national HR processes and initiatives (e.g. annual performance and reward review, recruitment) through data consolidation and analysis
· Work with the Assurance HR team members to implement various people initiatives to enable the business and people strategy, such as people surveys, people engagement initiatives, performance and talent management, annual review process, sourcing initiatives and any other national projects
· Lead or participate in firm-wide and Assurance HR projects and share insights during the consultation process
· Work closely with different HR functional teams to co-create strategic initiatives and execute them in regional levels
· Work in a teamwork environment and Contribute innovative and practical ideas to continuously improve the daily operations
· Work with and manage different stakeholders to bring the different ideas to the full picture which can represent National Assurance HR’s point of view
· Coordinate with regional Assurance HR teams in ensuring the actions agreed in executive meetings are met

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or above with qualification in Human Resource Management or related areas
· 7 - 9 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in professional services firms or multinational corporations
· Demonstrates extensive ability with attention to details, consolidate and analyse data to produce insights
· Proven ability to work in a collaborative manner with cross-functional teams
· Proven experience in managing human capital related projects (including change management) preferably at a national level
· Demonstrates ability to manage various priorities with agility and flexibility
· Demonstrates ability to work independently and proactively to lead and drive actions and deliverables
· Demonstrates professionalism with high level of discretion and confidentiality at all levels of the role
· Demonstrates solid experience in mastering PowerPoint, Word and Excel to enable communication and analysis
· Proficiency in spoken and written English essential, Putonghua and/or Cantonese highly preferred
