We go beyond the obvious and develop real understanding and insight into a client’s markets, technology, people and management, and ultimately help to build greater trust in society.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the management of third parties and contracts, preferably with significant industry experience or a significant and successful track record in leading and delivering these services in a professional services environment.

We operate at all stages of the contracting and relationship lifecycle, and you will be required to sell and/or lead engagements across the following areas:
· Evaluation of contract and commercial risk in the set-up of new contracts - informing negotiations and influencing contract/commercial management processes and controls
· Cost reduction initiatives - identification of value leakage and driving the recovery of cash savings
· Ongoing contract portfolio assurance - outsourced/co-sourced commercial and contract risk review programmes assessing both buy and sell side contract portfolios
· Mergers & acquisitions - contract risk mitigation pre and post-deal and commercial evaluation of contract portfolios
· Re-negotiation points - helping clients maximize their negotiating position and strategy in the lead up to re-negotiation
· Contract exit - assisting clients in their contract exit and transition programmes, managing contractual risk and minimizing exit costs

Requirement

Minimum Years of Experience: 8-9 years for Senior Manager and 6 years for Manager of experience working with third parties and familiar with the commercial risks in the business processes, associated distribution channels and supply chains.-.
Minimum Degree Required: BA/BS
Minimum Degree Required Major: Accounting or business related degree
Certification(s) Required: CPA preferred

Knowledge Preferred:
Commercial Assurance covers the spectrum of contract categories and industries, so experience in dealing with third parties across one or more of these categories is preferred, including but not limited to:

· Supply chain
· Sales and distribution channels
· Media and promotion
· Capital projects

Demonstrated intimate knowledge and success managing in a professional services firm or large enterprise environment, with prior success as a specialist in managing and maximizing value from third party contracts, distribution channels or supply chains.
