Overall Purpose of Job:
- Office administration management
- Supervise receptionist, cleaner team and travel onsite's work
Main Tasks
- Office supply and procurement
- To negotiate with suppliers for effective cost and best service
- To review ordering procedure
- Expense & Budget control
- Office maintenance and environment
- To negotiate with renovation company for office facility maintenance.
- To negotiate with furniture company for Office furniture maintenance.
- Make sure for the safe and friend environment for company
- Receptionist management
- To negotiate with travel agencies(onsite) of airfares, room rates and other necessary prices.
- To guide receptionist for professional telephone and reception manner
- Other
- To draft and propose admin related standard office procedures .
- Other tasks when assigned by the supervisor.
JOB PROFILE
Education and Training
- Diploma holder or above in administration.
- Good command in oral and written Chinese and English
Experiences
- Above 2 years working experiences as administration wor
- Able to operate PC with Lotus programs in Chinese and English versions
- Previous secretarial working experiences will be an advantage

- Good communication skills
