Responsibilities:
1.产品管理
Product Management
- 负责管理销售或客户的产品要求,选择开发符合市场需求的公司品牌产品。
Responsible for managing the product requirements of sales and customers, select the brand product development in line with market demand
-负责定义产品的特点/卖点,产品宣传的核心内容(中国市场)
Responsible for defining the product/selling points, the characteristics of the core content of product promotion( Chinese market)
- 负责向工厂,采购,技术研发部明确定义公司产品要求、市场需求;
Responsible for defining Amsino product requirement and market demand to factory, purchasing, technical research and development department clearly.
-对产品进行全流程管理,包括产品需求、开发、推广、生命周期各过程;
Responsible for the whole process management of products, including product promote development life cycle process
-参与现有产品的文档评审、成本分析、技术支持、定价等;
Participate in the document review , cost analysis, technical support and pricing of existing products etc.
-工作业绩通过所负责产品的销售增长来考量;
Performance is evaluated by the sales growth of the product.
2.市场研究分析
Market research and analysis
-所负责产品线市场信息情报搜集和数据分析,定期提供市场调查报告;
Responsible for product line and data analysis by market intelligence gathering information, provide regular market survey report
-所负责产品年专项市场研究和竞争分析;
Responsible for producing in the special market research and competitive analysis
-负责本产品线的整体市场竞争策略的研究,提供决策支持;
Responsible for the product line's overall market competition strategy research and provide decision support
-向销售/市场提供产品信息的支持,包括技术解决方案,产品介绍PPT,产品知识培训等。
Provide assigned product platform related knowledge support for sales/marketing departments, including technical solutions, PPT of product introduction, product knowledge training etc.
3.项目管理
Project Management
-实施产品的结构化开发,推动产品符合市场需求,确保产品在质量成本进度功能服务以及品牌等方面具有市场竞争能力
Implement structured product development, and promote products meet the market demand to ensure that the products in such aspects as quality cost schedule function service and brand has the market competition ability
-与项目有关的各部门及团队充分有效的沟通,协调资源保证产品按照既定目标正确前进
Fully effective communicating with all departments related to the project and team, coordination of resources to ensure product right forwarding in accordance with the established goal.
-协调与资源部门的接口关系,确保信息交流和信息共享。
Interface relations coordination and resources to ensure that the information communication and information sharing
任职资格:
Qualifications:
1.教育程度:医学、生物学、药学相关专业***,大学本科或以上学历。
Education: Medical, biological and pharmaceutical related major or other medical related majors is preferred, college degree or above.
3.具有良好的产品管理及市场营销相关经验和技能。
Good product management and marketing skills and experience.
4.英语口语流利,书面交流顺畅
Excellent oral and written English skills,
5.工作经验: 5年以上医疗行业工作经验,3年以上产品经理实际工作经验。
Experience: More than 5 years work experiences in healthcare industry ,more than 3 years work experiences of product manager .
6.综合要求:具有较强的策划、组织、协调、沟通和综合管理能力,具有良好的写作能力、职业道德和团队协作精神。
General requirement: Has strong capability of organization, coordination, communication and comprehensive management ability, good writing skills, professional ethics and team cooperation spirit
6.具有良好的心理素质和职业抗压能力。
Good psychological quality and professional ability to work under pressure
