岗位特征:
向有购车意向的客户提供保时捷金融服务产品的咨询和推荐,从而达成金融渗透率目标,并与外部服务供应商合作沟通,确保申请、审批及放款流程的顺畅进行。同时,他负责与银行驻点人员的日常沟通,协助与外部供应商的关系。定期对销售顾问进行金融产品、流程、审批政策的培训,根据保时捷金融服务公司的要求提交报表。

2.向有购车意向的客户提供保时捷金融服务产品的咨询
3.与外部服务供应商合作,确保申请、审批及放款流程顺畅进行。
4.银行业务人员的日常沟通及协调,银行合作关系管理及维护。
5.对销售顾问进行产品、流程及政策的沟通及培训。
6.根据保时捷金融服务公司的要求定期提交报告。
Position characteristics:
The F&I Manager is responsible for all aspects concerning Porsche Financial Services at PC, including the accomplishment of business targets. By communicating with external service providers on a daily basis and thereby maintaining a steady working relationship with them, the F&I Manager ensures a smooth and sound process of contract application, -approval and -disbursement. During and after the customers contract term, the F&I Manager acts as an intermediary between customer and service provider in order to ensure that the parties obtain all necessary information at any given point. Further, the F&I Manager is in charge of keeping product descriptions, processes and policies up to date, communicating changes to internal and external working partners and of training all parties on chances once they occur. Eventually, the F&I manager creates and submits periodical reports to PFS.
Duty Description (Duties are arranged by importance)
1. Achieve sales targets.
2. Offer consultation on Porsche Financial Services to the clients who are interested in the purchase of Porsche cars.
3. Cooperate with external service providers to ensure seamless and sound process of contract application, -approval and -disbursement.
4. Act as an intermediary between customer and service provider during and after the contract term in order to ensure that the parties obtain all necessary information
5. Product/Process/Policy update, communication and training.
6. Create and submit periodical reports to PFS.
任职资格
教育背景:专科或者同等学历以上
行业背景:1-3年直接相关工作经验(如汽车金融,银行汽车贷款业务)
其他任职要求:
? 候选人需掌握微软Office软件的操作方法,保时捷系统的操作方法除外;
? 热爱本职工作,在工作中保持极高的敬业度及可靠性;
? 能够理解并发扬保时捷金融服务的品牌理念、形象和特点,有影响力及应变能力,有较强的服务意识并善于为客户着想;
Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent
Industry background: More than 5 years industry-related working experience, including at least 3 years position related working experience (e g. Automotive Finance, Bank car loan business).
Other qualifications:
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office software required; expertise in Porsche systems not a must);
? Passion for work;
? Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability;
? Ability to influence others; Ability to manage change;
? Service- and customer orientation.
