负责电子产品(医疗电子)的硬件方案设计、原理设计、布线等研发工作；
硬件相关的调试、缺陷处理、质量控制等工作；
硬件相关的文档编写及管理；
帮助其他硬件工程师解决技术难题；
完成其它研发、工程等的相关工作。
职位要求：
电子工程、电子通信、计算机科学等专业本科以上学历；
至少6年以上的电子研发工作经验，专业扎实、并有适当的广度；
深入理解模拟电路、数字电路、电源设计及EMC/EMI，并有丰富经验(有RF的设计研发经验更佳)；
必须精通一种EDA设计软件（Cadence Allegro，PADS，ADS）；
深入理解电子产品的一般研发周期、生产导入、质量控制；
必须有积极主动的工作、沟通意识，并善于与他人沟通协作；
良好的情绪管理能力，有责任心，有精益求精的意识；
