- For our Healthcare Sector in Shanghai, we are looking for Team Assistant at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
- All secretary duties incl. receiving and answering phone calls, fax and copy assistance, meeting logistics and minutes taking and distribution, ticket or hotel booking, making schedules etc.
- Assists to do logistics data collect and analysis.
- Checking Expense report & Travel record for Logistics team.
- Data Base Consolidation: Distributors and suppliers list and follow up; Reimbursement system follow up
- Maintaining customs purchasing and supplier files as required.
- Cooperate with functional and operational assistant for example in customer service, sales and production planning to ensure that Logistics activities coordination with other departments involved are prepared well.
- Support supervisor to comply with company quality system
- Other projects or tasks assigned by supervisor or company.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- University degree or adequate job experience in administration.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal and excellent teamwork.
- Is highly computer literate with good experience in using Microsoft Office applications and softwares
- Has a thorough knowledge of Company Procedures and Policies.
- Adequate understanding of the Financial system operated within the company
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good experience in administration or logistics files. Adequate knowledge about administration and diagnostics products. Adequate team support experience.
- Administration, logistics or relevant functions.
- Strong cooperation and coordination abilities. Excel under pressure. Ambition and enthusiasm for business growth.
- Good language skills incl. Chinese and English. Can work well with staff and customers from diversified backgrounds.
