职位描述：
Area of Responsibility:
? Prepare work authorization application documents, visa application forms, etc.; connect with expatriates to collect relevant supporting documents, follow up progress with immigration authorities and provide regular update on application status to expatriates
? Monitor immigration processes/regulations changes and provide professional advices to expatriates
? Support other People Services related tasks, including but not limited to onboarding & offboarding, learning logistics, compensation & benefits operations.
? Support People Services projects when requested
? Work with People Services team to document/create desk procedures in People Services area and explore/suggest optimization opportunities
? Other ad hoc tasks

Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
? Bachelor’s degree or above; HR related major is preferred
? About 5 years of HR experience
? Strong character with integrity, honesty and trust
? Responsive, customer focus
? Drive for results
? Attention to details
? Take initiative and self – starter
? Analytical and learning agile
