职位描述：

Principal Responsibility主要职责：

1. Provide daily legal advice and support to other departments:

-responsible of drafting, reviewing and giving comments on contracts and legal documents;

-responsible of daily legal-related inquiries;

2. Responsible of government related inquiries/challenges:

-conduct situation investigation and provide primary legal advice;

-drafting responding documents if necessary;

-coordinate with other colleagues during processing procedure

3. Provide legal advice and assistance on IP related registration and maintenance, including:

-responsible of conflict search for creative names/layouts;

-responsible of communication with brand team on search result;

-report Corporate legal on finalized names/layouts;

-collect requested info/data/document per request;

-work with third party professionals on litigations;

4. Responsible of business registration and annual check;

5. Provide other legal advice/support per request.

Qualifications任职资格：

1. Get bachelor degree, major in Law & get Certificate of Legal Professions Qualification

2. At least 3 years working experience with law firms and/or multinational companies’ legal department

3. Good communication skill and drafting skill of legal documents

4. Familiar with Chinese laws and regulations and legal/government related procedures

5. With Team work spirit
