Requirements
1. At least two years’ experience in Helpdesk Support or relevant position
2. Familiar with the technical support system environment in Windows
3. Understanding of enterprise-class end user support, maintenance and management
4. Good service conscious and strong teamwork spirits
5. Good oral and write of English, CET4-6
6. Microsoft MCDST and Cisco CCNA Certification preferred

Responsibilities
1. Deployment PC according to company standard
2. Maintain PC/Laptop and other related IT equipment, able to resolve problems proficiency
3. Maintain the server, network and backup equipment runs normally and have ability to solve common problems
4. End user Level 2 technical support and meet CAST KPI requirement
5. IT Asset management, allocate asset and recording data properly
6. Security compliance related work
