Position Purpose /Summary （职位综述）
Brief summary of position’s purpose or role – the primary objective of the role

1.全面负责张家港分子筛工厂的正常运营，负责工厂生产计划的编制和实施。
Be responsible for the normal operation of ZUOP plant, and execute SIOP system in the plant.

2.负责产品的产量、质量、交付、成本和工厂生产活动的安全，执行国家和公司的环保政策并使之达标。
Be responsible for the output, quality, delivery, cost and safety in the production activity, execute country and company's environmental policies and meet the related standards.

Key Areas of Responsibility （主要职责）
Describe the key tasks / activities that are necessary to fulfil the purpose of the role – remember these actions should not be key “goals” – these should be reviewed and allocated annually as part of the performance development program
1. 领导ZUOP团队的HSE活动，有效地实施和维护HSE 程序来达成HSE 目标，遵守国家有关的HSE方面 的法律法规。
Lead the HSE activities within ZUOP Operations team and ensure that effective HSE programs are well implemented and maintained in place to achieve HSE goals and compliance with regulatory requirements.
2. 不断完善并推行更安全合理的流程来创造一个安全的工作场所和环境。
Monitor, determine and recommend a safer, better process in order to create safe work condition and action.
3. 确保部门员工能够遵守HS&E管理制度、流程、操作程序和相关规定。及时纠正并上报工作场所发生的不安全隐患和行为。
Ensure employee under his/her responsible follow and comply with HS&E management system policy, procedures, work instruction as well as regulations. Promptly report, correct any unsafe action and unsafe condition presented in work place.
4. 领导和管理生产部的日常工作和考核，积极推进公司的HOS体系管理
Lead and manage the daily work and performance review of ZUOP operations team, Implement and comply with HOS management
5. 按照SIOP会议制定的生产计划，组织生产。
Based on the Production Plan generated in SIOP process, organize the production activities accordingly.
6. 加强生产班组的产量、质量、成本和安全的考核，改进生产过程的技术管理，不断提高产品质量、降低成本,协助技术部门改进生产工艺
Review the output, quality, cost and safety performance of each production shift, improve the technical management of the production process, continuously improve the quality, reduce the cost and support technology to optimize Production process.
7. 执行ISO 9001质量保证体系的要求，负责全厂生产技术档案的建立和管理。
Follow the ISO 9001 quality requirement in ZUOP operation area, set up and manage the production technology files.
8. 控制工厂产品的原材料和辅助材料单耗及生产成本，采取切实有效措施控制单耗和节约能源。
Control the unit cost of raw materials and finished products; take efforts on unit cost reduction and energy saving.
9. 提出生产部的年度预算，并负责实施。
Raise and execute the budget of ZUOP operation team.
10. 负责收集、整理、分析生产数据，提交OEE等相关数据
Responsible for collecting and analysing the production data and report OEE etc.
11. 需要熟练掌握SAP中和生产相关的模块。
Be familiar with and provide troubleshooting support SAP and MESF system relate to Production
12. 与其他部门保持沟通，确保有效执行工作计划，提高设备利用率
Effective communication with other departments to support efficient execution of planned works and tasks, and also to increase facility utilization effectively.
13. 领导分析解决生产中的问题
Leading troubleshooting and solving production issues
14. 与销售及供应链部门有效合作，合理安排原料运输及成品发运事宜，确保生产的顺利进行和客户订单的及时交付
Effective cooperation with sales and supply chain department, good arrangement on raw material supply and finish goods’ delivery as planned, make sure smooth production to support customer order fulfilment punctually.
14. 完成总经理和厂长交办的各项工作
Fulfil the tasks assigned by the GM and PM.

First Pass quality
Production volume for finished goods
OTTR, OEE, PPM and cost
HSE Metrics: TCIR, LWD, Environmental Excursion and NOV.


Education / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry. MBA is preferred
Experience:
Over ten years production experience working in Chemicals plant
Over five years supervisory or management experience is required
Commercial business experience (i.e., business analysis, financial planning & analysis) is highly desired.
Professional Skills / Knowledge:
Production and quality Management Knowledge/skills.
Competencies in IT with proficiencies in MS Office softwares.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Chinese and English)
Six Sigma certification an advantage.

Capability:
Result oriented and can lead multiple projects
Language:
Fluent English in oral and written
Communication:
Good communication skill and worked in matrix organization is plus
