职位描述：
I. job summary:
1. Establish, develop and maintain an EHS system at REMT to obey Chinese legislation (safety and environment) and to meet standards of global Rittal EHS management system.

II. duties and responsibilities: (list the daily tasks)
1. Establish a documented EHS system and take lead to implement it in the plant
2. Collect and study applicable EHS related laws, regulations, standards, take actions to meet them
3. Provide EHS orientation & topic training to all level employees to improve EHS consciousness
4. Take lead on EHS audit, issue corrective/preventive action request, and follow up the CA/PA
5. Measure EHS performance and report to management periodically
6. Implement solid waste management, waste water and emission gas measurement
7. Implement injury investigation and follow up the actions
8. Implement occupational health exam and PPE choosing/evaluating
8. Implement work permit management, e.g. welding etc
9. Communicate with external parties on EHS issues
10. Supervise the implementation of maintenance for facility
11. Assist in developing environmental safety and health budget
12. Define and implement EHS projects with German headquarter
13. Execute sustainable risk assessments in all areas of operations
14. In case of urgencies also available during weekends

III. qualifications:
1. education background:
Bachelor degree above on Safety or Environment Engineering
2. working experience:
5+ years on EHS position, 2 years on EHS management role at least.
3. language and computer skills:
Good English skill, and PC skills
4. other requirements: (such as specific personality, physical requirements, business trip requirements, etc.)
Good communication & presentation skill
Extra-ordinary sense of responsibility
