Conduct research to generate an overview and opportunity assessment of the Chinese healthcare market, and continually update these documents as new information is uncovered
对中国医疗产品市场进行调研,概括与总结,并不断更新调研报告
Utilize a variety of research methods to identify, develop and qualify prospect/customer lists for marketing and selling activities
擅于识别并不断开发有效潜在客户,积极推广并寻求最合适的销售方案
Proactively hunt out new business by utilizing outbound calling for prospecting, lead development and sales activities
与客户保持电话联络,积极发掘合作机会并不断寻求合适的销售方案
Answer incoming calls, handle product inquiries and fulfill account maintenance activities
接听来电,处理询价并与客户保持紧密联系
Foster customer relationship via consistent contact with customer counterpart

Provide world-class customer service within the assigned territory

Maintain a strong understanding of all assigned products including product features and benefits, product in-service and use, market position, competitive products, promotional activities, pricing and available inventory
产品专业知识扎实,需十分了解产品的特性和优点,产品使用方法,市场定位,同系列的竞争产品,促销方式,市场价格和适合的库存量等
Up-sell and cross-sell products to existing customers and new prospects
灵活使用刺激销售和交叉销售的销售方式
Perform a variety of account management functions related to the continued growth, profitability, and retention of quality business and the development of solid relationships with assigned customers
客户经理需履行的其他职责,如订单量和利润的争取,参与质量相关谈判内容,不断巩固与客户之间的关系
Maintain a strong understanding of the assigned customer’s business through a highly visible presence and attend training classes if/when offered by the customer
对客户产品的深刻认知,参加客户方提供的培训课程等
Monitor various reports (i.e. sales forecasts, PO status, etc…) as necessary and works collaboratively with other departments to ensure that the customers in the assigned territory receive shipments on a timely basis
时刻监督各种报告,例如销售预测,订单状态等,与其他各部门保持紧密合作,保证交付及时
Maintain accurate CRM database of all customer/prospect information, activities, contacts, correspondence, and calling and campaign status
整理并不断更新、维护客户管理数据,包括但不局限于客户信息,联系方式,谈判状态等
Maintain current and accurate sales pipeline
维护现有的客户群并不断发掘更广泛的销售渠道
Coordinate and support various marketing fulfillment duties and systems including direct mail, packages, letters, catalogs, and other sales literature
协调并完成市场推广的前期工作,包括邮寄信件、产品目录等其他推广印刷品和样品等
Must understand and demonstrate a “sense of urgency” in all activities and communications
深入理解并在日常工作中积极贯彻危机意识
Perform all administrative and other departmental duties as required
