- For our Healthcare Sector in Beijing, we are looking for a Senior Commercial Officer at the earliest opportunity.

What are my responsibilities?
1. Overall commercial support to the regional sales management in terms of financial integrity/transparency, effective risk management and internal control systems aligned with Country/Region Sector Finance Strategy and governance requirements from H PC and Division BA.
2. Contract management (including review and implement of terms and conditions in alignment with business requirement, e.g. legal, collection of information and documentation, contract finalization, contract amendment per SLC H Price and Calculation Policy and Contract/order Processing Guideline).
3. Order processing and booking - order income booking in SAP.
4. Order and contract documentation and archiving.
5. L/C management for USD business and down payment management for RMB business.
6. Asset management: Advance payments, account receivables and fixed assets for own area of responsibility.
7. Supporting regional sales and operations in business volume planning and forecasting for the region.
8. Administration and controlling of expenses, including Travel & Entertainment expenses checking and approval for assigned cost center(optional according to job assignment).
9. Approvals and pre-approvals (such as expense vouchers, marketing events/customer travel) according to signature mandate for assigned cost center(optional according to job assignment).
10. Checking commercial terms and condition in tender book and calculation preparation/escalation for regional/national LoA board meeting.
11. Internal interfaces to LM, BA BM in SLC Healthcare.
12. Operational interface to Headquarter in Germany for commission business.

What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. University graduate or above majored in international trade, economics, finance, business administration or law;
2. Active, cooperative, result and quality-oriented, strong learning capability, hard working, responsible team player with good communication skills, professional ethics.
3. Good command of office applications - word, excel.
4. SAP knowledge and experience.
