KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for concierge service (hotline, email base inquiry center) staff training, evaluation and other management work, including KPIs achievement and improvement, team goal align with the operational target and execute the operation plan of the teams managing, setting up standard work of the operation team, mentoring team members on their performance, competence, and attitude of work.
2. Responsible for organizing and making plan for customer intelligence for company senior management team, guiding the subordinates to work on collation, analysis work of customer information. Responsible for company key account profile in a quarterly basis, including interviewing each BU heads, VPs.
3. Lead team to enhance the speed of processing customers’ demands and the ability of problem analysis & solving, providing high-quality services to ensure outstanding customer experience and improve customer satisfaction
4. Differentiate request level and develops and continuously improve customer service specification, process and system.
5. Responsible for collecting customer comments and suggestions, summarizing the feedback to the relevant departments and superior
6. Coordination between relevant business unite and operations units
REQUIREMENTS:
1. 2+ years people management experience
2. Excellent written and spoken English language skills
3. Experience in responding to customer needs in an optimum and professional manner
4. Strong functional leadership skills
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
6. Experience with Call Center business in Cloud Computing industry is a strong plus
7. Strong data analysis skills, Good demonstration skills with ability to present during business meetings
