? Independently handle new store development mapping process by compiling general market/city information(O&O and WS), industry statistical data, economic trend, and site finding information for new store opening report and analysis which contribute to the building of the solid proposition to the board for review and decision
? Lead the negotiation of approved potential sites with relevant landlords and aim to get preferential terms and conditions, with WS if needed
? Work closely with retail team/WS team, share information on store design, store opening date, follow up with new store opening process for the contract ,existing stores contract expiry date reminders.
? Report to Business Development Manager , liaise and build strong relationship with relevant administrative contact points of key landlords for any store related or lease related issues
? Lead the renewal, refit ,re-negotiation or termination of any active retail sites as required
? Assist to keep track of our key competitors’ development plan and feedback the market intelligence to Business Development Manager with details
