JOB SUMMARY:
The Finance Manager will implement the complete financial and accounting functions of China operations in a global reporting environment. Functions include but are not limited to prepare interim and final financial statements, financial analysis of operations, implementing financial plans, policies and practices, maintain fiscal records, tax compliance, internal controls, cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting,audit coordination, and compliance with accounting regulations, statutory filings of the parent company, and establish good relation with local authorities will be one of the most important tasks from the beginning.

工作概要:财务经理将在全球报告环境下对中国区业务全面执行完整的财务和会计职能,职能包括但不限于中期及全年财务报表及附表的编制,并进行财务分析。实行稳健的财务计划,政策和做法,财政记录的维护,遵守税收规定,内部控制,成本核算,财务预算和预测,审计协调,并符合会计法规,法定文件和总部的要求。

Principal Accountabilities主要职责

1. To ensures the day-to-day Finance functions are performed in an efficient and effectivemanner, in accordance with global reporting formats while meetingdedicated timelines. This includes the preparation and submission of timelyfinancial statements to FinanceController.

2. To maintain the companies’ systems of accounts and bank accounts, andfinancial records on all company transactions, cash and assets.

3. To maintain these books, transactions and records in accordance with Chinese tax laws and accounting regulations.
依照中国税法和会计法规规定维护账册和交易记录
4. To manage and controls cash flow through daily reports and forecast. Providessupervision over bank accounts and maintains excellent working relationship withbanking institutions
通过日常报告预测来管控资金流动。提供银行账户监督并且和金融机构保持良好的工作关系
5. To prepare and submits financial reports and statutory filings required by Chineseauthorities at various levels. Oversees all tax and regulatory/compliance issues in Peoples Republic of China.
根据中国各级有关部门的要求准备并提交财务报告和法律文件
6. To prepare financial analyses of manufacturing operations, andoffers guidance and recommendation to the management team.

7.To provide effective financial controls for the organization, including managementof cash,annual audits, tax compliance audits and internal control audits.

8. To coordinate and directs financial audits ensuring proper interface with externalauditors and timely completion of all audit procedures.

9. To develop, implement and ensures the adherence of finance plans and internalcontrolpolicies according to Group requirements; emphasizing proper controlover income and expenses; safeguarding of company assets, and secure thecompleteness and accuracy of records.

10. To conduct analyses of manufacturing performance KPI (ie productivity, specificconsumption, scrap rate, etc)

11. To evaluate new investments and Cost Reduction Plans.

12. To coordinates and directs the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts,develop and maintains other plan and control procedures, including but notlimited to the cost accounting system, and analysis and reports variances.

13. To coordinate and directs the preparation of the standard costs for each productandensures a proper variance analysis.

14. Works as part of an international finance team and represents the interests ofAFT Operations effectively to the B.U. Central Office. Able to provide the timely reporting as required.

15. Responsible for evaluating the performance of personnel in the AccountingDepartments and recommend necessary training plans to enhance the staff’s work ability/professional standards in order to meet demand of the company development. Provides guidance/mentoring andtraining to to improve finance staff’s communication skills, and conducts formal annual performance evaluations for the finance team member.

16. To comply with the laws, regulations and other requirements in environment and occupational health, in order to achieve the goals and targets.

17. To maintain a healthy & safe work environment by recognizing and managing environmental hazard in the work place.

18. To act promptly while emergencies and catastrophe arise according to disaster control plan.

Qualifications/Skills资格/技能
1. Strong cost accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing companies
较强的成本会计工作经验,制造企业经验优先
2. Excellent working knowledge and experience in both Chinese Accounting Standards and International Accounting Standards/International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS, PRC GAAP and tax regulations).
具备对中国会计准则与国际会计准则/国际财务报告准则有良好的工作知识和经验(IFRS的经验,中国的会计准则和税法)。
3. Significant Forecast and Annual Budgeting experience.
特别是具有预测及年度预算的经验
4. Prior responsibility for external audits for quarterly reviews and annual audits.
主要负责针对每季度回顾和年度审核外部审核
5. 5+ years of experience in financial management. In a multinational company, ideally an European one.
在跨国公司最好是欧洲企业工作5年以上财务管理工作经验。
6. Excellent understanding of both Chinese and European business methods and culture

7. Hands-on management style and culturally sensitive.

8. Excellent computer skills including MS Office with emphasis on Excel and knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
