1.Set up highly efficient and harmonious financial team and auditing team; cultivate and develop backbones of finance and auditing.
2.Oversee all company accounting practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions
3.Participate in Group's decision-making on strategies, investment and other major decisions; give forward-looking alarms and measures in terms of finance, capital, risk control and policies, etc.
4.Establish and analyze various financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets and so on.
5.Coordinate the relations between our company and banks and such government departments as Industry and Commerce Department and Tax Department, etc. so as to safeguard the company's interest.

Requirements:
1.Master degree or above, majoring in finance and accounting; CPA designation;
2.A minimum of fifteen-year experience in financial management, including at least ten-year working experience in senior financial management in large-scale companies;
3.Comprehensive knowledge of current finance and accounting; familiar with governmental regulations and related institutions;
4.Experienced with US listed company and familiar with the compliance/ regulatory requirement of US Security Commission (SEC) and Exchanges (NASDAQ and New York Stock Exchange).
5.Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills, plus excellent organization skills.
6.Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing; no limit to nationality.
