职位描述：

职责 Responsibilities

1. 执行公司EHS政策，充分理解并严格上锁挂牌、受限空间管理程序，保证个人和他人的人身安全。

Fully understand and complement Lock-in and Lockout,Limited entry space procedure and EHS program to ensure private and other people’s safety.
2. 掌握每台设备的机械预防维修指导书并严格按照工程师的要求定期进行设备的停机预防性保养维修和准确的记录。
Grasp the PM mechanical BWI of each equipment and do the PM work during equipments shutoff according to engineer’s arrangement.Also,the record work shall be done timely.
3. 按照维修指导书要求和工程师的安排，进行生产设备的周检和月检等非停机性维修，并真实准确的记录。
Implement the weekly and monthly PM work that during the equipments running according to the BWI，record shall be done rightly and timely.
4. 能够快速的解决设备的机械故障。
Grasp the theory of equipment related the mechanical field such as high gearbox,lubrication,chains,etc.to solve the BM problem rapidly.
5. 定期进行机加工和热处理设备的润滑管理，保证设备润滑系统的良好运行。
Implement the lubrication work on machining and HT equipments to ensure the well running.
6. 根据生产设备的运行和维修情况，提出相关的合理化改造建议。

Good proposals are encouraged to raised according to the equipment situation.
7. 需要倒班；同时支持动力设施的维修，比如大型电机的拆装、空调系统大型配件的更换、冷却塔的清洗等工作。

Shift work is required.He need to support the utilitiesm

要求 Requirement

至少3年的相关机械维修的工作经历，在外资企业工作和具有热处理设备维修经验的优先考虑

At　least　3　years　fieldwork　experience　of　mechanical　maintenance　in　machining　plant.　Foreign　company　work　and　HT　equipments　maintenance　experience　is　preferred.
