1.Purpose
l Summarized why the job exists and the contribution it makes to the overall business of the company
2.Duties & Responsibilities (By Category and %)
l Please group the job duties into major areas of responsibilities beginning with the most important responsibilities.
l -Provides sales and technical support to existing customers in East China area (distributors and OEMs) and provide them with the support they need.
l -Handle customer requests (phone calls, e-mails, faxes, etc…)
l -Interacting with sales and technical teams, prepare technical offer (product selection, compliance statement, drawings, data sheet, etc…) as well as commercial offers.
l -Identify and develop new opportunities in East China area to expand customer portfolio.
3.Qualifications and Experience
l Describe the level of education, professional qualification, training, experience, people management skill, which are the minimum requirement for effective performance in this job.
l University graduate
l At least 5 years experience in industrial sales/customer support in the electromechanical industry (motors and drives).
l Good written and spoken English
l Mastering Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
