Responsibility：
Assist regional sales manager and auto market lead in developing effective auto market and sales strategies to drive regional vertical market business.
Develop independent and strong auto market sales channel in the region.
Build, maintain and continuously improve the relationship with key accounts to achieve long-term business plan.
Be the regional auto market sales contact window for distributors and key accounts.
Work with vertical market lead to provide distributors with direction, training & support in the areas of sales, marketing & general business development.
Work with distributors in the development in auto market and visit customers with distributor sales rep regularly

Requirements:
.more than 3 years experience in management position
.Very good personal networking with Auto decision makers (purchasing and/or technical department)
.Ready for frequent domestic and international travel
.Experienced in multinational company
.Excellent in English, excellent communication skills at all levels
.Strong experience in leading people
