PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES主要职责

l be an applications expert on the two Photo Research models that will be installed in the QC departments of the contract manufacturers in the Shanghai metropolitan area;

l he/she will be responsible for the installation of the equipment on site at the contract manufacturer's facilities;

l he/she will be responsible for training the local contract manufacturer's quality control personnel in how to start up and operate the equipment.

l he/she is -across the board- responsible for assuring that Photo Research's installed equipment is operating properly and is meeting and exceeding the performance requirement of the local contractor manufacturer;

l he/she is responsible for commencing replacements/repairs for any equipment failure within one hour of being notified by the local contract manufacturer;

l he/she will additionally be responsible for creating relationships with the general management and quality management teams of the local contract manufactures.

l he/she will have to travel to USA for at least one 2-3 week training session immediately upon hiring;

l he/she will be responsible for receiving equipment and conducting basic incoming quality inspection before deploying equipment to the local contract manufacturers;

Report line

l directly report to Photo Research's Production Manager and Mark Lehman-General Manager

EDUCATION / TRAINING / SKILLS　学历/培训/技能

l Mandarin and English written and verbal with particular mandarin dialect specific to the local contract manufacturer, e.g. Shanghai with Shanghai lese dialect.

EXPERIENCE 工作经验

l the successful candidate will have a minimum three-five years practical experience in a electro-optical manufacturing assembly environment in the quality control testing area;
