职位描述：
* Responsibility for GL accounting
* Lead monthly closing process, ensure timely closing and deliver accurate financial reports in compliance with corporate policies, prepare maunal GL journal entires
* Generate and review TB, financial statements in US & PRC gaap
* Assist in audit process, coordinate with internal as well as external auditor
* Account reconcilition and analysis

* Responsibility for Tax accounting
* Lead tax refund process and projects
* Support on internal or external tax audit and various reports required by tax bureau
* Tax account reconciliation
* Lead and perform tax self-audit

* Responsibility for Inventory, Cost Accounting and AR
* CO closing and ensure the costing methodology is in line with corporate policies
* Monitor cost variances, include but not limited in PPV, inventory gain/loss, abnormal inventory movement
* Report inventory turns and matrix to management team
* Monitor AR status, follow up uncollected AR
* Review and analysis revenue and cost accounts
* Inventory account reconcilition

* Payment of Supplier Accounts 
* Invoice validation to ensure compliance with China Tax requirement
* VAT invoice verification and reconciliation
* Payment grief/block follow up and issue solving
* Invoice scanning and filling

* Responsibility for Tax accounting
* Issue tax invoice for both goods and service transactions
* Tax refund request and documention
* Tax account reconciliation
* Support on internal or external tax audit and various reports required by tax bureau
* Monthly tax filing and payment

Required Qualifications:

* 1-5 years of working experience in Accounting
* Fluent English
* Strong sense of personal responsibility and team working
* Familiar with office software, especially on Microsoft excel
* 2 years of college or equivalent experience in Accounting
