LOCATION: 浦东金桥金滇路18号近川桥路口


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES：

1. Accountable for designing, developing and improving the electron mechanical appliance for Kohler sanitary products.

2. Work as a system architect to be responsible for all electron mechanical components/system integration.

3. Work with marketing team to collect the latest competitor product info and do the performance benchmark as needed.

4. Support Program team in product specifications/scope definition, cost analysis, and feasibility study.

5. Support sourcing team in component/system sourcing and qualification process; proactively collect potential supplier information during advanced development stage.

6. Work with cross function teams, OEM/ODM suppliers and ensure the whole system delivery on time in terms of the new product development schedule.

7. Work with quality team to figure out the root cause of product failure, and improve the design quality by using DFMEA, 6Sigma tools.

8. Provide the necessary training to the team.


EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS：

1. Bachelor’s degree in an electron-mechanical engineering or electrical engineering.

2. 5+ years working experience in designing electron mechanical appliance.

Be familiar with national standards, such as GB, CE, UL, CCC and etc.

In depth knowledge with sensor, water pump, solenoid valve is preferred.

3. Be proficient in using Auto CAD/ ProE as mechanical engineer;

4. Superior interpersonal, communications and team building skills;

5. Good project management skill and strong problem solving skill.

6. Good English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking;
