BASIC FUNCTION
1.Be responsible for costing & operation analysis of SKE
2.Set up and develop standard cost system
3.Assist in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.


SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Assist the accounting manager to control the costing operation
2.Continuous improvement the standard cost system
3.In charge of monthly end closing (ERP costing process)
4.Prepare margin/costing and variance analysis
5.MRP and ERP system coordination
6.Monthly costing related reports and annual financial plan
7.Perform ad-hoc financial projects as assigned.


RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

Supervisory Relationships:
1)Reports to Accounting Manager-Electronics

Organizational Relationships:
1)Frequent contact with the financial analyst of other entities within Kohler China & Kohler Asia Pacific region.
2)Occasional contact with the Kohler US Accounting and Reporting specialist.

External Business Relationships:
1)Audit Firm
2)Government Departments

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS


1.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a degree in Finance with a strong emphasis in Accounting.
2.Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese is required.
3.Good working attitude, conscientious, able to work under multi-tasks and operate with certain independence.
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good team player.
5.5+ years experience of cost related in a Foreign Invested Enterprise is a must.
