BASIC FUNCTIONS
Aggregate and analyze demand requirements (requirements / forecast is jointly owned by Sales and Marketing), generate production requirement to the related plants. Ensure that manufacturing production levels and volumes are well planned in accordance with customer needs and manufacturing efficiency. Manage product inventory levels to maximize profitability while ensuring world class response times to customers.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Aggregate and analyze demand requirements (requirements / forecast is jointly owned by Sales and Marketing), generate production requirement to the related plants. Ensure that manufacturing production levels and volumes are well planned in accordance with customer needs and manufacturing efficiency.
2. Manage product inventory levels to maximize profitability while ensuring world class response times to customers.
3. In charge of monthly rolling sales forecast for both local and import by close and frequent interactive communication with marketing/sales/suppliers. Prepare monthly master scheduling to related plants' production through close coordination, trying to reduce total supply cycle time in order to increase flexibility and quick responsiveness to market change.
4. Participate in monthly sales and operations planning (S&OP) process. Track inventory availability to ship, analyze product inventory performance. Track past due and take corrective action on safety/actual stock level to achieve high service level (on time delivery).
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1. University graduate or above with minimum three years experience in similar role: Demanding planning, Inventory Control, Master Scheduling, Forecasting.
2. Good English and well computer literate MS-Office suit window 97.
3. High positive attitude and tactful communication skill
