LOCATION: 浦东金桥金滇路18号近川桥路

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work with various departments to gather data that is needed when releasing new product or making changes to existing products in the plant that is assigned and create change documentations;
2. Verify changes or additions made in the company database (SAP) and coordinates with business super users for changes / updates if necessary;
3. Validate the information within the Database that will allow products to be developed, manufactured, cost and shipped properly.
4. Support the implementation of SAP projects of relevant plants on material master and BOM review and verification applying company policy;
5. Apply / improve PDM procedures and best business practices to ensure global procedures are applied appropriately;
6. Work with user management and user project leaders to determine objectives and solutions;
7. Monitors procedures and brings changes or inconsistencies to supervisor's attention with a recommendation and information as to why they are changing;
8. Execute trainings to business users and create training documents;
9. Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1. College or above graduate with good organizational skills;
2. 3~7 years previous experience in data processing and/or an engineering or materials management department; Experience on material master entry at manufacturing, planning area are preferred;
3. Project management experience is a good plus;
4. Good knowledge of SAP material master and BOM is a must;
5. Good problem-solver and has self- initiation;
6. Detail oriented and well structured;
7. Good Interpersonal skills;
8. Good English speaking and reading skills;
9. Familiar with MS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) software's, preferred on fluent on Microsoft Access
