BASIC FUNCTIONS

Assist the company's MR for the operation systems management including quality and manufacturing. Lead and drive the company's continuous improvement.



SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Lead the company's continuous improving activities like 6 Sigma, Kaizen, Lean and so on.

2) Lead the company's all kinds of internal and external quality and manufacturing system audits.

3) Train the company's employee for the continuous improvement tools and quality management system knowledge.

4) Push the quality and continuous improvement cultures in the company.

5) Other assignment from the immediate supervisor.



RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS

· Reports to QA Supervisor

· Frequent contacts with all dept



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

1) Bachelor degrees or above

2) Certified GB

3) Certified ISO9000 internal auditor.

4) Familiar with 6sigma, Lean, Kaizen. Lead at least one six sigma project or 5 Kaizen projects.

5) Master TS16949 quality system, 8D and common quality tools.

6) 3+ project management experience

7) Good communication and team working skill.

8) Bilingual with fluent English skills.
