LOCATION: 浦东金桥金滇路18号近川桥路口



JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Handles the project and control the time, quality and cost to ensure the product comes into market on time,



2. Makes project plan, such as project schedule, status report, action list, ect.



3. Solves outstanding issues and follows up the process.



4. Leads the project team from different function and co-ordinate with different function head to make sure the project completion.



5. Evaluates the performance of project team members.



6. Summarizes and analyses the project when completed for the benefit of learning and process improvement.




JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above



2. 5~10 years of related work experience, with at least 1-2 years as project leader or group leader.



3. Can handle new product project independently.



4. Have cross-functional work experience, such as account leader, planner, sourcing, quality and project manager.



5. Excellent communication skill and interpersonal skill.



6. Good flexibility and can work under high pressure.



7. Strong leadership and analytical skill.



8. Good English speaking and writing skill, good PC skill.
