? PURPOSE
Work closely with BIU director and sales team to develop the HHS channel management strategy Collaborate with sales and marketing department to drive the channel business and enable sustainable growth.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
o Distributors Operation Support:
1) Verify and approve the distributor financial support, like credit management, bank loan
2) Set up the channel complaint policy and procedure
3) Build up channel management scorecard system
4) Review Distributor quarterly & year performance
5) Support national sales manager to explore new distributors and new channels.
o Sales-out and CRM Management
1) Establish CRM sales report infrastructure;
2) Ensure CRM implementation of sales team and distributors, to drive channel visibility ;
3) Sales out national audit management on quarterly basis
4) Monitor sales force compliance of sales-out report
o Sales data support
1) Analyze distributors’ related data
2) Other Sales report and analysis like funnel report
3) Trace the sales result to the details
o Operation Management
1) Work with CFC to implement order/deliver execution
2) Track sales planning of GC SRC&HRC
3) Coordinate the BIU factory delivery, track overseas arrival time, solve the contradiction of the delivery delay and sales demand
4) Manager third party logistics platform
5) Control china warehouse inventory level; optimize product structure to meet the balance between sales demand and inventory levels
o Technical Service
1) Provide pre-sales support to team members as required
2) Plan and deliver assigned service to customers with high quality, including corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and installation and filed technical support
3) Provide clinical application training to customers like PSG
4) Manager the installation base and service spare stock
5) Provide technical training to distributors and end customers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
a) Education学历: Bachelor’s degree and above, clinical medicine is a plus.
b) Experience工作经验:
> Rich experience in sales management, 5 years as RSM as least
>Commercial management experience 2 years as a plus
> 10 years healthcare industry experience
c) Competency and Skills 能力和技能:
Computer knowledge
Networking knowledge
Competent in both written and spoken in Chinese and English
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Proactive, acuminous business sense.
Strategic thinking and good team work spirit
