Service Operation Specialist
服务运营专员
Report to: Service Operation Supervisor
Based in: Shanghai
Key Responsibilities:
? 负责售后服务系统中服务代理商安装工作的派工，并跟进处理进度。
? 设备安装完成后，及时将服务代理商返回的客户信息、产品信息、安装设备信息录入售后服务系统数据库，并定期对其进行整理和维护。
? 负责售后服务系统中服务代理商维修工作的派工，并跟进处理进度，包括维修派工、维修合同制作、备件订单处理等。
? 跟踪服务代理商维修备件的订购、出库、未发货和后续的备件返回。
? 根据客户的需求，制作相关服务文档，包括但不限于设备管理档案、维护保养报告等。
? 熟悉了解各类服务流程，并将流程及时传达至各服务代理商。
? 协助工程师主管，对服务代理商的售后服务日常工作进行协调、管理和考核。
? 根据上级主管的要求，参与项目类工作的执行与跟进。

Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree.
? At least 3 years customer service experience.
? Medical device industry background preferred.
? Good understanding of customer service operation procedure.
? Good communication skills.
? Good logical thinking ability.
? Customer satisfaction oriented.
? Proven ability to work well under pressure.
