Internal Position Description Required. <p><strong>Key Responsibilities/</strong><strong>职位描述</strong></p> <br/> <ol> <li>Vet Range Product development and optimization <ol> <li>Develop product scientific materials for vet clients and product communication tools for pet owners;</li> <li>NPD development &amp; deployment plan with understanding of customers&rsquo; needs;</li> <li>Regularly portfolio tracking &amp; competitor review to identify weakness and opportunity and develop portfolio optimization plan</li> </ol> </li> </ol> <p style="margin-left: 72pt;"> </p> <ol> <li>MKT activity develop and implement <ol> <li>Support to develop annual marketing plan of vet pillar</li> <li>Be responsible to develop and implement quarterly plan base on annual strategy to ensure biz growth</li> <li>Transfer from H/Q or local develop related marketing tools &amp; communication materials according to China local needs, and conduct successful roll out to instore</li> <li>Activity ROI evaluation and result tracking</li> </ol> </li> </ol> <p style="margin-left: 54pt;"> </p> <ol> <li>Support Knowledge transfer <ol> <li>Support S&amp;C on Elite Vet Projects to maximize influence;</li> <li>Support sales force on local scientific meeting to provide high quality training courses for vet clients.</li> </ol> </li> </ol> <br/> <p><strong>Qualifications/</strong><strong>任职条件</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor degree or above</li> <li>2~3 years marketing / sales operation experience in multinational company , baby food related industry is a plus</li> <li>Good communication skill and presentation skill</li> <li>Fluent MS-office user</li> <li>Good command of English , French is an advantage</li> </ul>

Qualifications/任职条件
?Bachelor degree or above
?2~3 years marketing / sales operation experience in multinational company , baby food related industry is a plus
?Good communication skill and presentation skill
?Fluent MS-office user
