Job Purpose
Ensure implementation of the Greater China Strategic Business Plan. Provide assigned product, services and business competency to drive growth for the Region.
KPI (Key Performance Indicator)
Order Shipment AOP for respective SBU.
Key Responsibilities
DO
1 Align and implement the country business strategy/ business plan with regional sales strategy.
2 Implement the global/ country growth initiatives or programs in the region to generate new sales opportunities (i.e., Find, - Z3, Z4).
3 Review the forecast and front log, and define the growth / recovery activities to meet the responsible SBU sales targets.
4 Ensure sufficient resources and support for the keep, find, close activities.
5 Provide technical and commercial leadership to the Technical Consultant and Solutions Architect teams.
6 Equip sales team with right sales tool (including Sales demos) and sales competencies.
7 Participate in sales calls with Account Managers for strategic account/ opportunities.
8 Identify and develop the future sales leaders and retain top talent.
9 Provide local market requirements and competitive market intelligence to the business unit.
10 Share best practice successes amongst Field Business Leader community.
OVERSEE
1 Provide technical support for keep business.
2 Provide both commercial and technical support to local sales team for find business and close strategic projects. (Z1, Z2, Z3)
3 Oversee the use of performance-related data to improve fiscal performance.

3 Intermediate level of expertise in Industry Knowledge, Application Knowledge, Training Skills, Sales & Marketing Fundamentals, Value Based Selling Skills, Disciplined Selling Process, Customer Solution Centric Selling Skills.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
1 Bachelor of Engineering; Preferably MBA.
2 Min 10 years Automation sales/product business management experience; at least 2 years in leading a team
KEY INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS
Branch Manager, Product Manager, Industry Solution Manager, Regional OEM Sales Manager, HR Business Partner, Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, other Field Business Leader.
