About Us
PwC Business Services (Chengdu) Co., Ltd (SDC) is operational in Chengdu on 1 July 2012. The SDC will serve PwC China mainland and Hong Kong area.
普华永道商务服务(成都)有限公司(以下简称服务中心)于 2012 年 7 月 1 日在成都正式投入运营。该服务中心将为普华永道中国大陆以及香港的业务提供支持服务。

Job Description & Responsibilities
· Supervise team performance to ensure team operation smoothly
· To make sure our internal clients are satisfied with the service provided
· Lead the team to strive for the set objectives and KPIs
· Tracks quality alert and facilitate the solution of service issue as they arise
· Monitor staff utilisation and resolve resource conflicts
· Monitor the operational consistence and compliance to the established procedures and facilitate to identify the process improvement area and act as the main driver to streamline the process
· To retain our talented people and control staff attrition in a manageable level
· Participate in ad hoc projects if required
· Proactively communicate with our internal clients in front line to understand business requirements and build up the business rapport
· Act as the central point of contact with other departments including centre management team, GTS, HR, Finance etc
Note:
More services will be transferred to SDC IFS team in the future. The team manger might change to lead others teams if required.
Report to: Service delivery Manager
Requirements
· Business administration background, bachelor degree holder or equivalent
· A minimum of five years of working experience with three or more years on a role of administrative management
· Managerial or supervisory skills, e.g. overall management, people management, internal client management, know to project management is a plus
· Appreciation or familiarity with metrics reporting management and quality reviews
· Previous working experience in a professional service firm is desired
· Previous working experience in a multinational corporation is an advantage
· Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Be highly independent, well-organised and self-motivated
· Able to work under pressure and adaptive to dynamics and changing priorities
