Job Description
1.Monitor& Report raw material, WIP, and Finished goods movement in quantity and value.
2.Monitor & Control the Mfg system transaction and correct the non-compliant transaction records in ERP system
3.Monitor & Maintain Mfg std costing system to ensure accuracy of standard cost in ERP,(Oracle system)
4.Work with Corporate Finance and Mfg people on yearly standard cost updating process
5.Report the actual Mfg cost and assist on variance analysis with standard cost, provide the valuable advices for cost control periodically
6.Inventory reconciliation and other costing related a/c reconciliation on monthly basis for Asia
Mfg productivity rate and absorption calculation & Analysis
7.Organize Mfg cycle count and monitor the result periodically
8.Fixed Assets booking, reconciliation and management

Requirements
1.Bachelor Degree or equivalent, or above in accounting or related major
2.Professional costing/management accounting skills, CPA or related certificate is a prefer
3.More than 5 years in MNC Mfg environment experience, Be familiar with ERP system, Having Oracle Mfg knowledge is plus
4.Familiar with US and PRC GAAP accounting
5.Good excel, or related data manipulations computer skills
6.Good Chinese and English Communication skills
7.Good team player, High responsibility and self-motivated and willing to have continual improvement 举报 分享
