DESCRIPTION:
The Senior Learning Consultant is responsible for providing Learning Solutions to support and enable the regional business growth through talent development strategies. He/She should truly understand business and business needs, and be able to build and deliver effcetive learning solutions to grow the business required talents and embed organizational learning culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Analyze and prioritize regional L&D needs;
2. Develop new learning solutions or improve existing learning solutions to address the business and talent needs;
3. Facilitate face-to-face or webinar workshops;
4. Coach people managers in the region;
5. Deliver train-the-trainer programs and develop internal trainers;
6. Develop regional technical Subject Matter Experts’ instructional design capability;
7. Manage ad-hoc requests relating to L&D expertise (meeting facilitation, team building design and workshop facilitation etc.);
8. Ensure the quality of L&D services and business customer satisfaction;
9. Build learning culture in the business and regions;
10. Support vendor selection ;
11. Strengthen the partnership between COE, HRBP and business.

Qualification:

1. Strategic thinker with large-scale program execution and leadership experiences;
2. Successful regional experience with wide exposure to different cultures;
3. Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills both vertically and horizontally;
4. Strong oral and written communication skills in English; preference for multi-lingual candidates;
5. Embrace accountability, excellence, integrity, and teamwork;
6. Open minded and customer oriented;
7. High learning agility;
8. Experiences in HRBP, Talent Management, business and consulting preferred;
9. Able to travel 30% of the time.

Education:

1. Bachelor degree required;
2. MED or other Master Degree in Instructional Design or MA in Psychology, HR-related field, or similar behavioral science preferred.
