Job Responsibility
岗位职责：
1. To provide legal advice, review and draft legal documents for relevant legal matters, to improve the internal regulation system.
    对公司法律事务提供相关法务建议，审核、起草相关法务文件，完善公司的各项法律制度。
2. To Set up internal contract management system, standardize the contract signing, reviewing, management and performance, etc., to develop different standard contract template.
    建立公司合同管理制度，规范合同的签订、审核、管理和履行等环节。针对不同类别情况制定公司的标准合同文本。
3. To cooperate with other team members to fulfill the brand protection and intellectual property protection work.
    配合团队内部的品牌维权和知识产权保护工作。
4. To support related contract review and brand protection work in Hong Kong and other Asia markets according to company’s needs.
    根据公司的实际需要支援香港及亚洲其他市场的合同审核以及品牌保护工作。
5.To deal with other assigned routine legal affairs.
   处理公司交办的其它法务相关工作。

Job Requirements
任职要求：
1. Legal background - Bachelor or above degree, overseas study or working experience would be preferred.
    法律相关专业，本科及以上学历，有海外学习工作经历者优先。
2. PRC lawyer’s qualification with 3 years’ in house experience or post-qualification experience for law firm, relevant industry background (FMCG) will be preferred.
    通过司法考试，三年以上公司法务或律所工作经验，具有快消行业经验者优先。
3. Excellent command of spoken and written English and proficient in PC knowledge, including MS Word，EXCEL & PowerPoint.
    英语口语流利书面表达能力强，熟练使用常用办公软件。
4. With strong commercial legal knowledge and experience in corporate law, contract law, as well as intellectual property law.
    具备较强的民商事法律知识和经验，熟悉公司法、合同法以及知识产权法。
5. Responsible, with good communication and coordination ability and execution capacity.
    责任心强，具有良好的沟通协调能力和执行力。
6. With rigorous thinking, conscientious working attitude and able to work under pressure.

The *** had a particular fondness for wearing his vintage watches on old, weathered NATO straps. Inspired by his new acquaintance, Filip created his own line of watches - minimalist and refined.
The ***’s name? Daniel Wellington.
