Accountability:
* Identify potential suppliers, conduct supplier visits and audits, support supplier selection according to established procedures;
* Evaluate supplier performance, communicate results, develop and implement strategies and tactics for improvement;
* Project management, implementation, tracking and reporting;
* Ensure that purchasing practices comply with established policies, procedures and ethical principles;
* Maintain an effective cost containment/reduction plan and tracking system;
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal customers.

Qualification:
* Bachelor degree in Mechanical/Metallurgic/Manufacturing Engineering;
* At least 5 years' related experience of Casting, Stamping, Machining, Etc;
* Good commercial negotiation and communication skill;
* Assertive, aggressive and confident, can work under pressure;
* Good command of English (written/oral) and PC.
